Opened in 2007, Lan is a food-focused dining experience, offering modern American cuisine, a warm atmosphere and genuine hospitality.

The design of the restaurant was envisioned by Brad Coburn of Sarasota, and features contemporary pieces by local artists, Joseph Arnegger and Pablo Rojas. The aubergine and fuschia is accompanied by an upbeat acid jazz soundtrack creating a metropolitan feel at Lan.
